Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings set out below unless the context requires otherwise:

• "Platform" means the mdg123 website accessible at https://mdg123.app, including all subpages, services, games, and features offered thereon.
• "Player" / "You" means any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the Platform in any capacity.
• "Account" means a registered player account held on the mdg123 Platform.
• "Funds" means the Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) balance held in a Player's Account, including deposited funds and any bonus credits that have met the applicable wagering requirements.
• "Bonus Funds" means promotional credits awarded to a Player that are subject to wagering requirements and conditions as set out in Section 7.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a Player must wager a bonus amount (or combined deposit + bonus amount) before the resulting winnings become eligible for withdrawal.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process mdg123 uses to confirm a Player's eligibility and prevent fraud and underage gambling.
• "Game Provider" means any third-party studio whose games are offered on the Platform, including but not limited to Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, PG Soft, Habanero, Microgaming, NetEnt, and Spribe.
• "Prohibited Territory" means any jurisdiction from which access to or use of the Platform is prohibited by applicable law.
• "Working Day" means any day that is not a public holiday in Indonesia, as recognised by the Indonesian government calendar.

Eligibility

Access to and use of the mdg123 Platform is strictly limited to individuals who meet all of the following criteria:

• You are at least 21 years of age. mdg123 enforces a strict 21+ policy in line with the age threshold commonly applied to gambling and gaming activities in Indonesia and internationally.
• You are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is not explicitly prohibited for your personal participation. You accept sole responsibility for verifying the legal status of online betting in your location.
• You are acting on your own behalf as a private individual, and not on behalf of any third party, corporation, or professional gambling syndicate.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, or immediate family member of any mdg123 staff member or Game Provider partner.
• You are not subject to any existing self-exclusion, account suspension, or ban issued by mdg123 or any affiliated platform.

mdg123 reserves the right to decline registration or close an existing account at its sole discretion if it determines that the eligibility criteria above are not met, or if it has reasonable grounds to suspect misrepresentation.

Account Registration

To access the full range of mdg123 services — including deposits, withdrawals, game play, and bonus eligibility — you must register a Player Account. The following conditions apply to account registration and maintenance:

3.1 One Account Policy

Each individual player is permitted to hold exactly one Account on the mdg123 Platform. Operating multiple accounts — whether under the same identity, different identities, shared payment methods, or shared devices — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. mdg123 actively monitors for duplicate accounts using technical and manual review processes. Any accounts identified as duplicates will be closed, and all associated balances (including both deposited funds and bonus funds) may be forfeited at mdg123's discretion.

3.2 Accuracy of Registration Information

You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and valid contact details. Providing false or misleading registration information is a breach of these Terms and may constitute fraud. mdg123 reserves the right to request updated information at any time and to suspend accounts pending verification of submitted details.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any other person. mdg123 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where such access resulted from your failure to maintain credential security. You must notify mdg123's support team immediately if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation.

3.4 Account Currency

All mdg123 accounts are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). Once a currency is selected at registration, it cannot be changed. All deposits, wagers, winnings, and withdrawals are processed in IDR. mdg123 does not currently offer multi-currency accounts.

KYC Verification

mdg123 is committed to operating a safe, transparent, and fraud-free platform. As part of this commitment, we require all Players to complete a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process before processing any withdrawal request, and at any other time mdg123 deems it necessary to verify a Player's identity, age, or payment method ownership.

4.1 Required Documentation

KYC verification may require the submission of one or more of the following documents:

• Government-issued photo identification (Indonesian national ID card / KTP, passport, or driving licence)
• Proof of residential address (a utility bill, bank statement, or government correspondence dated within the last 90 days)
• Proof of payment method ownership (a photograph of the bank card or e-wallet account screen showing your name and the last four digits of the account number used to deposit)
• A selfie photograph holding your government-issued ID alongside a handwritten note showing your mdg123 username and the current date

4.2 Verification Timeline

mdg123 aims to complete KYC review within 2 Working Days of receiving a complete and legible documentation set. If additional documents are required, the review period will restart from the date the additional documents are received. Withdrawal processing will be placed on hold until KYC is fully satisfied.

Deposits

mdg123 accepts deposits in Indonesian Rupiah via the following methods: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. The following conditions apply to all deposit transactions:

• Minimum deposit: Rp 20.000 per transaction.
• Maximum deposit: Subject to the limits displayed on the deposit page at the time of transaction and to any account-level limits applied by mdg123 for responsible gaming purposes.
• Deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — i.e., funds sent from a bank account or e-wallet owned by someone other than the registered account holder — are strictly prohibited and will be returned where reasonably possible.
• mdg123 does not charge fees for standard deposits; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction charges, for which mdg123 accepts no responsibility.
• Deposits are typically credited to your mdg123 balance immediately or within a few minutes. If a deposit has not appeared after 30 minutes, contact support with your transaction reference number.
• mdg123 reserves the right to reject or reverse any deposit that it suspects to be associated with fraudulent activity, money laundering, or chargeback risk.

Withdrawals

mdg123 aims to process withdrawal requests promptly, with the majority of approved withdrawals completed within 30 minutes of request submission during standard operating hours. The following conditions govern all withdrawal transactions:

• Minimum withdrawal: Rp 50.000 per transaction.
• Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method that is registered in your own name and that matches the method used for your most recent deposit, or to an alternative method you have verified as your own through the KYC process.
• Withdrawal requests will not be processed until KYC verification is complete. Players are encouraged to complete KYC before their first withdrawal request to avoid delays.
• Withdrawals of Bonus Funds are only permitted after the applicable wagering requirement has been met in full. Requesting a withdrawal before clearing the wagering requirement will result in the bonus and associated winnings being removed from your balance.
• mdg123 reserves the right to conduct an enhanced review of any withdrawal request above a defined threshold. During the review period, the withdrawal will remain in a pending state and will not be processed until the review is complete.
• Any withdrawal request associated with suspected fraud, chargebacks, bonus abuse, or violations of these Terms may be suspended pending investigation. mdg123 will notify you of any such hold via your registered contact details.

Bonuses & Promotions

mdg123 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms published on the individual promotion page:

7.1 General Bonus Rules

• Bonuses are available to eligible Players who have a fully registered, verified account and who have opted in to the relevant promotion in accordance with the promotion's instructions.
• Each promotion is subject to specific wagering requirements, minimum odds restrictions, time limits, and game contribution rates. These are stated on the applicable promotion page and form part of these Terms by reference.
• Unless the specific promotion terms state otherwise, Bonus Funds must be wagered before Real Money Funds can be used in play. Winnings generated from Bonus Funds are credited as Bonus Funds until the wagering requirement is cleared.
• mdg123 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that any bonus already credited to a Player's account will remain subject to the terms in force at the time of credit.

7.2 Bonus Abuse

The following activities are considered Bonus Abuse and are strictly prohibited:

• Creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus more than once (bonus stacking / multi-accounting)
• Placing opposing bets across multiple accounts to lock in a guaranteed profit from bonus funds (bonus arbitrage / matched betting using platform bonuses)
• Coordinating with other players to fulfil wagering requirements at negligible risk (collusion)
• Using automated software, bots, or scripts to clear wagering requirements

Where mdg123 detects or reasonably suspects Bonus Abuse, it reserves the right to void the relevant bonus and all associated winnings, close the player's account, and withhold any remaining balance pending investigation.

7.3 Seasonal Promotions

mdg123 runs targeted seasonal promotions aligned with the Indonesian calendar — including Idul Fitri / Lebaran reload bonuses, Indonesian Independence Day (17 August) free-spin events, and special betting boosts during Piala AFF and major FIFA World Cup qualifying campaigns. Each seasonal promotion carries its own specific terms published at the time of launch.

Prohibited Conduct

Players must use the mdg123 Platform in good faith and in accordance with these Terms. The following conduct is strictly prohibited:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information at any stage of registration, KYC, or support interaction
• Accessing or attempting to access another Player's account without authorisation
• Using software tools, algorithms, bots, or automated systems to interact with the Platform in any way that circumvents normal gameplay
• Exploiting technical errors, software bugs, or display malfunctions to gain an unfair financial advantage — any winnings derived from a known or suspected malfunction may be voided
• Initiating chargebacks or payment reversals with your bank or e-wallet provider for deposits made to mdg123; any such chargeback will result in immediate account suspension and recovery action for the full amount disputed
• Using the Platform for the purposes of money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other criminal activity
• Engaging in any form of collusion, chip dumping, or coordinated play that manipulates game outcomes or the distribution of funds between players
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, scrape, or otherwise extract data or source code from the Platform
• Publishing, distributing, or publicly disclosing any content from the Platform — including game footage, odds data, or account information — without mdg123's prior written consent

mdg123 reserves the right to take all steps it deems appropriate in response to prohibited conduct, including account suspension, fund forfeiture, and referral to law enforcement authorities where applicable.

Intellectual Property

All content on the mdg123 Platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, text, graphics, game interfaces, software, and underlying code — is the intellectual property of mdg123 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not include the right to:

• Copy, reproduce, or redistribute any Platform content in any medium
• Create derivative works based on Platform content
• Use the mdg123 brand name, logo, or trademarks in any commercial or promotional context without express written authorisation
• Frame or mirror the Platform on any third-party website or application

Game content displayed on the Platform remains the intellectual property of the respective Game Provider and is licensed to mdg123 for display purposes only. Any unauthorised reproduction of game content is subject to the intellectual property protections of both mdg123 and the relevant Game Provider.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, mdg123 excludes all warranties, representations, and conditions — whether express or implied — relating to the Platform, its content, availability, and fitness for a particular purpose. Without limiting the foregoing:

• mdg123 does not guarantee that the Platform will be available at all times, error-free, or uninterrupted. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance may result in temporary unavailability.
• mdg123 is not liable for any loss of profits, loss of data, loss of opportunity, or any indirect, special, or consequential loss arising from your use of the Platform, however caused.
• mdg123's total aggregate liability to any Player in respect of any claim arising from these Terms or use of the Platform shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that Player to their account in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
• mdg123 is not responsible for the availability, performance, or outcome of any game whose malfunction is caused by a third-party Game Provider's systems. In such cases, mdg123 will liaise with the relevant provider and communicate the outcome to affected players in a timely manner.

Termination & Account Closure

11.1 Closure by the Player

You may request the closure of your mdg123 account at any time by contacting our support team via live chat or email. Before processing a closure request, mdg123 will verify your identity and confirm that there are no open bets or pending transactions on the account. Any remaining real-money balance will be returned to your verified payment method, provided that all KYC requirements have been satisfied. Bonus Funds not yet converted to real-money through completion of wagering requirements will be forfeited upon closure.

11.2 Closure by mdg123

mdg123 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player Account — with or without prior notice — in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or criminal activity
• Receipt of a chargeback instruction from the Player's bank or payment provider
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe following request
• Player self-exclusion request under the Responsible Gaming programme
• Regulatory instruction or court order requiring account restriction or closure

Where an account is closed by mdg123 due to a breach of these Terms, mdg123 reserves the right to withhold the account balance pending investigation and, where the breach is confirmed, to forfeit the balance in whole or in part.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which mdg123 is incorporated and licensed to operate. Players who access the Platform from Indonesia do so at their own initiative and are responsible for compliance with any local laws applicable to their participation in online gambling activities.

12.1 Dispute Resolution Process

In the event of any dispute between you and mdg123 arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform, the following process applies:

1. Step 1 — Support Contact: Submit your dispute in writing to mdg123's support team via live chat or email, clearly describing the nature of the dispute and the resolution you seek. mdg123 aims to respond to all formal dispute submissions within 5 Working Days.
2. Step 2 — Escalation: If you are not satisfied with the outcome of Step 1, you may request escalation to mdg123's management team in writing. The escalated review will be completed within 10 Working Days.
3. Step 3 — Final Decision: If the dispute remains unresolved after escalation, mdg123's written final decision will constitute the platform's conclusive position on the matter.

mdg123's decisions on matters of game outcome, bonus eligibility, and account status are made in good faith based on the platform's records and are treated as conclusive in the absence of manifest error. Server-side logs take precedence over client-side or screenshot-based evidence in all game-outcome disputes.

12.2 Changes to These Terms

mdg123 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via the contact details on file, with a minimum of 7 days' notice before the updated Terms take effect. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of an amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 11.1.
